"Boo…been with them for 10+ and found the incompetency seems to be with the Barry Bailey team and not SF. Dealing with a simple windshield claim…took 1.5 years, as of today still not rectified. Had a collision claim from 2023, it’s 2026, still under investigation? Come on! Renewed my policy, but they transferred my info incorrectly, I’m not even listed as a policy holder, even though my previous policies, for 10 years, appear differently, creating additional problems. The problem is accountability. “Marcos will call you back”, he doesn’t. They have two agents named Kim, but whenever there is an issue, the “Kim” responsible is always “the other Kim, and she made the mistake!?” Seems very convenient. Most expensive insurance. SF gladly takes your premiums, while Barry Bailey offers minimal attention and mediocre customer service at best!"
