"Everyone there is always friendly and super helpful, but Ms. Jennifer is the star. She took the time to not only answer my questions but also explain the answers. Then calmed my paranoid conspiracy theory butt down and explained that I was automatically opted into NOT having my info sold or traded. And the hole time was cheerful funny, and sounded as if she was actually smiling. She deserves not only a raise but a bonus as well. Just take it out of the thousands of dollars in premiums that I have paid in the insurance industry over the last 40 years and have only used it once. I have the same great experience every time I call."
